Like in FrontApp, the ability to @{{Name}} other people on the chain.

This would allow users to share internal notes/comments on proposals and requests. When you leave an internal comment, it will be viewable by all internal folks. Some main use cases are when events team members want to coordinate about an event and notify other folks that are in that workflow.

I wish there were Workflow field requirement logic operators pertaining specifically to the numeric Form questions (Number & Head Counts), such as IS LESS THAN or IS GREATER THAN. Currently, no such logic field requirement exists. The only options are IS, IS NOT, CONTAINS, DOES NOT CONTAIN, and IS EDITED, none of which provide much functionality for numeric fields. Currently, I have 2 questions on my event form pertaining to event attendance: 1) How many people, and 2) Is it more than 100 people. I have it setup this way so various health and safety personnel are automatically notified when an event request lists over 100 anticipated attendees. I'd like to be able to setup workflow logic that states "if this value is greater than 100, then go to this step." It would provide more functionality for workflow logic while allowing me to have one less question on my event form.

This way, the user knows who to email to get their login properly configured

When the email notification is sent stating a request has been approved or rejected, it would make sense to include a couple of more things. 1) The text from the previous request 2) The action the last user took on that request 3) Any comments associated with the request (Asked for by BYU in particular) 4) The ability to click yes/no to approve the request For schools that receive a lot of requests, this will allow them to live in email as opposed to having to click into the request each time.
