Current functionality allows users to sort by status, request type, and start/end date, but filtering by author would also be useful.

For super admins, it would be helpful to have a filter that shows all requests for a given Author. This would make it easier 1) To figure out what is stuck in the queue when a user leaves the university and also provided transparency for quick troubleshooting
