Make Fields in Section Editor conditionally editable based on other fields.

Certain fields should not be editable based on the existing values in other fields. This is relevant for situations where the majority of classes should not modify a particular field, but a number of classes still need to. The volume of modification is not feasible as workflow.
For one example, Section Start Date/End Date fields should only be editable if the selected session is DD1, DD2, or DD3.
In summary, we are looking for the ability to edit a field based on parameters that are set within the section/course.

Grant Burden as an FYI, we are reviewing this and it's an item on our roadmap, although we do not expect this to be complete for several months as it will require a large refactor
